Defective Items
We define a defective item as:
- The item is significantly different to the description
- The item does not perform the way we said it would and can not easily be fixed
- Is Unsafe - Please note that all product offered by Vente have the intention for use of Ages 16+ unless otherwise stated
- Has a problem that was not disclosed that would have prevented you from purchasing the item in the 1st instance.
A refund of the product price only will be offered if the defect is considered major and cannot be repaired. The Item will need to be returned to Vente to process the refund. A refund or repair will be offered for minor product defects at the discretion of Vente. Vente may also choose to offer partial refund if appropriate to the issue and this decision will be at the discretion of Vente.
